To God be the glory!  He has paired up two churches on opposite sides of the globe to accomplish His purpose and we are privileged to be part of His great work.  Over the past 5 years, Canby Christian Church has been sending teams to Uganda in our partnership with Africa Renewal Ministries (ARM) and the village of Kacungwa.

Anybody who has been following the work of CCC in Kacungwa is familiar with this picture of a father desperately seeking medical care for  his daughter, but arriving too late to save  her young life.  This tragedy has shaped the mission, purpose, passion and focus of the work we are doing in Kacungwa.

Over the past few years, we have been working with ARM leadership, Renewal Health Network director and the local leadership in Kacungwa to construct and staff a permanent medical clinic facility in the village that will offer care to those in need of treatment before it's too late.

This has been truly miraculous in the way God has brought funds to this project to purchase land, construct a building and staff the clinic for a number of years while it establishes itself in the community to become self-supporting.

Thank you for joining in prayer, supporting us financially and following us on our journey in the coming weeks.  The team will leave Oregon on January 20th and return on February 3rd.
